WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order quantity is 10 pieces of jewellery in total. The jewellery can be of different styles.
CAN CUSTOMISATIONS BE MADE?
Yes, we can make changes to the colour of the clay. We can also make exclusive designs for your shop, with a minimum order of 5 pairs of that style.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS TO SELL ARBOLÍ?
Sell the products under the ARBOLÍ brand.
Use our jewellery boxes and offer the product care guide to the customer.
Use the same retail price that appears on our website, with the exception of sales periods.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The price includes the jewellery, the presentation box, the product guide and shipping costs. We will also share on our Instagram the incorporation of ARBOLÍ to your shop to give it more visibility.
CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
Yes, with Paypal you can pay in 3 months interest free.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
As the pieces are handmade, the production time takes between 5 and 8 working days.
HOW LONG DOES IR TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
To mainland Spain, 2 to 4 working days. To the islands up to 7 working days.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is free of charge.
HOW TO ORDER?
You will have an exclusive 50% discount code so that you can make your purchase through the website and apply it when you place your order.
CAN CHANGES BE MADE?
Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of order to return or exchange an item. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. To make exchanges or returns, the product must be sent by any transport company to the ARBOLÍ office. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer unless you have received a wrong or damaged product. If so, please send us a photo as soon as possible.
Personalised products cannot be returned.
