You have 14 days from receipt of order to return or exchange an item. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging and indicate the order number. To make exchanges or returns, the product must be sent with any transport company to ARBOLÍ's office. The cost of the return will be assumed by the customer unless you have received the wrong item or if the item is damage. In that case, please send us a picture. Personalized products such as wedding gifts, can not be returned.

To clean your clay and resin jewelry just wipe with a damp washcloth. If the dirt persists on the clay jewelry, you can use a cotton swab with acetone, but be careful, this can damage the piece if you use too much product.

For metal jewelry, you can rub it with a soft dry cloth.

Avoid direct contact of your jewelry with lotions, oils, creams and perfumes, as they may contribute to discoloration. Also avoid contact with water or sweat.
